Mashed Avocado + Tomato + Cheddar Cheese
Grated Cheese + Grated Apple
Shredded Tuna or Chicken + Low-fat + Mayonnaise + Sweet Corn
Mashed Hardboiled Egg + Salad Leaves + Tomato
Including ham, chicken, tuna, eggs, cheese, houmous or peanut butter (as a source of protein) will help keep your child's concentration and energy stable during the afternoon. Remember, all nut products and products with traces of nuts should be avoided by those with a family history of nut allergies.
